Sidney Chang, M.D. is a co-founder of COA Review. He is an ophthalmologist who practices at Maryland Vision Institute. He completed his residency at the Flaum Eye Institute, a Glaucoma fellowship at Washington University in St. Louis, and a Cornea/Refractive Surgery fellowship at the University of California, San Diego where he was voted as "Fellow of the Year".
